AL MARID has been a star from the moment he first hit the showring as a yearling and has already collected an impressive number of championships.
He is a very refined grey colt with a lot of style and presence, from a combination of Russian and Egyptian lines.
In fact, he is extremely international. His sire is Sax Arabians´national and international champion AL MILAN, by the straight Egyptian AL LAHAB, bred in Israel, out of straight Russian MILENA.
His dam BAFRA B was bred at the Hungarian National Stud Bábolna and is by EL NABILA B, by the Russian KUBINEC out of the straight Egyptian ELF LAYLA WALAYLA; the second dam 245 IBN GALAL I is predominantly Egyptian with a little old Hungarian blood thrown into the mix. To make things even more international, he was bred by Tomas Holubec in Slovakia.
He is now owned by Sax Arabians, where he joins his sire AL MILAN at stud!
